Quick start

From blank hoop to machine file in about five minutes.

    Create an account

    Sign up free and confirm your email. Every tool is unlocked during beta.

    Start a design

    Type a prompt in Create, drop in a logo to auto-digitize, or pick the Fill tool to draw by hand.

  3. 3

    Close it

    Click points around the shape. Click the first point again (or press Enter) to close it.

  4. 4

    Border it

    With the shape selected, open Properties → Effects → Add border.

  5. 5

    Fill it

    Choose Fill (tatami) or Satin, then set the angle. Underlay and pull compensation are automatic.

  6. 6

    Check & play

    Open the simulator (▶) and step stitch by stitch with the arrows, or let it play.

  7. 7

    Export

    Export DST, EXP, PES or JEF for your machine, or send it over the machine bridge.

Digitizing basics

Fill (tatami)

Rows of short stitches with staggered needle points. Covers large areas flat and strong.

Satin

Long, glossy zig-zag stitches across a shape. Best for shapes 1.5 to 10 mm wide.

Column

A satin that follows a path and turns with it: borders, lettering, outlines.

Run / bean

A single (or triple) line of stitches for detail and travel.

Underlay

Stitches sewn first to stabilize fabric and lift the top layer.

Pull compensation

Thread pulls fabric inward. Shapes are widened slightly so they sew at true size.
